FANTASIA "BACK TO ME"

American Idol Fantasia Barrino is back despite all the drama that's been going on in the media, she is human and we all encounter problems in our personal life, and no one has the right to judge, not even the media (got that NANCEY GRACE). But since Miss Barrino is who she is, she's been put on blast. I just want her to know her fans are praying for her through these hard times.
So,with every ending of a story there is also a beginning and today Fantasia release her third, yess, I said third studio album, Back to Me. I have to say this one is definitely a winner. Its one of the best R&B albums I heard this year. When Fantasia Songs her soulful voice is so powerful, its like the world stops to hear her. One thing I really love about her is she not trying to be who she is not. She not trying to change who she is, her music is her music. She not cursing and talking about sex. Her music is pure good soulful tea drinking music & she's still our favorite American Idol.
Fantasia new album is about everything she been going through in her past. She takes us back the days when music was real music. She reminds me of Patti, Mary & Whitney. I must say this is one to definely add to your collection. Let's take a look at Fantasia new album:
BACK TO ME......
1. I'm Doin' Me (Charles Harmon, Claude Kelly):This song is all about taking care of use self and knowing your worth. I'm doin me.
2. Bittersweet(Claude Kelly, Charles Harmon, Michael Mentore): This is the single that pulled us all in, it feels like some good throwback music. "One of us is gonna get hurt out of this situation", it's Bittersweet.
3. Man of the House (Ryan Williamson, Shaffer Smith): She playing both parts in the relationship and she tired. It you wanna be the king of the castle play your part, cause if you cant you need to figure it out. "Which one of use is going to be the man of the house".
4.Who's Been Lovin' You (Carlos McKinney, Rico Love): This one is about wondering about how your ex is coping without you, not because you want him back but you know it can get lonely sometimes. "Who's been there to hold and comfort you like I do".
5. Collard Greens & Cornbread(Warren Felder, Valerie Simpson, Nickolas Ashford, Andrew Wansel, Tiwa Savage):This is on some old school doo wop ish & Its a heavy hitter. "Know matter what we go through, I never put up with bullshit from anyone, but I take it from you, that's real love".
6. Teach Me(Kawan Prather, James Ho, Fantasia, Jessyca Wilson): This song has a touch nice reggae touch to it. Learning sexual ways from your lover. "Teach me how to love you, show me I'm willing learn.
7. Move on Me(James Ho, Kawan Prather, Fantasia, Jessyca Wilson): This is the song she wanted to be her first single. This song is about her wanting to get physical with a love interest who moving to slow. "Move on me baby, come and get this love".
8. Trust Him (Tiffany Villarreal, Alonzo Stevenson, Herbert Rooney, Tony Reyes): This is another soulful song, takes me back to the Lauryn Hills days. This song is about trusting your man.
9. The Thrill Is Gone(Thomas Callaway, Had David, Kawan Prather, Burt Bacharach, James Ho, Jessyca Wilson): This song is about a man who love you for the drama, other that yourself. Cee-Lo Green of Gnarls Barkley does a guest appearance on this track. "The thrill is gone boy it was fun, but now where done".
10. Falling in Love Tonight(Rico Love, James Scheffer, Daniel Morris): This is Probaly gonna be a club song once the DJ starts to slow down the music. "See the strobe- lights, dancing I look in your eyes, and I feel like falling in love tonight".
11. Even Angels (Jeremy Reeves, Ray Romulus, Jonathan Yip, Heather Bright): This song is pretty, my favorite on the album. This song is about putting your life together and being stronger for yourself. "Close call you think you might fall, even angels learn how to fall".
12. I'm Here (From The Color PurpleMusical) (Brenda Russell, Allee Willis, Stephen Bray): Fantasia bangs the last song out with a ballad from her role as Celie in The Color Purple. This song sounds like a beautiful broadway gospel song, it make me think of, I Believe, the song, she sung after she won American Idol. It a perfect song to end the album with. "I'm beautiful, yes, I'm here."
FANTASIA.....KEEP DOING YA THING GIRL.
